1. The product
Manager Schedule Builder Pro (“Schedule Pro”) helps retail managers draft staff schedules. It is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for your judgment, company policy, or employment law advice.
2. License
Subject to these terms and any paid license you purchase, you may use Schedule Pro for your own store operations. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or rebrand the app as your own product without permission.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of schedules you post
- You must comply with labor laws, union rules, and company policy
- You must have rights to any employee names/data you enter
4. No warranty
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee perfect coverage, fairness outcomes, or compliance with every jurisdiction’s rules. Always review generated schedules before publishing.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, payroll disputes, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
6. Updates
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
